Rafael D.

I have years of experience in analyzing and developing systems in many market segments and different-sized companies. I am selftaught, I have the ability to report independently of hierarchical levels, deal with changes, critical environments, work with diverse technologies, roles, and projects. Also, I try to be proactive and follow up on new technologies available in the market. I believe that a bad mood and lack of discussions and alignments can bring problems to the team, so I do my best to be available and doublecheck the information to ensure the deliveries, keep the great mood, and the good vibes.
