I am a native French speaker based in the US, with years of experience in translation, and a background in corporate that has made me very good at dealing with industry jargon :). Some examples of things I've done in the past: • Translated and localized e-learning materials for large corporations; • Translated blog articles on 3D printing for a start-up (was I an expert in 3-D printing? No! But this is a great example of how I work with my clients to ensure I get the terminology right); • Translated corporate documents, ranging from internal policies, to press releases and annual reports; • Advised on cultural sensitivity matters - for example, I've advised corporations on the right terminology to use to talk about sensitive topics like race or gender identity, in a French context.
