Aleksander W.

I’m a Polish UGC Creator, Voice Over Artist, and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in content creation, project management, team leadership, and communication. I create natural and engaging UGC content in Polish, including selfie-style videos, scripted ads, testimonials, talking-head content, product videos, and voice overs. I’ve worked with clients across industries such as mobile apps and games, finance, iGaming, lifestyle, AI, and digital products. I also bring several years of corporate leadership experience from Philip Morris International, where I progressed through leadership roles and was responsible for managing and developing teams. My experience includes team performance management, coaching, goal setting, employee development, project coordination, reporting, and ensuring targets were consistently achieved. I’m comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating people, solving problems independently, working with data, and communicating with different types of stakeholders. I have strong experience with Excel, Access, and digital work platforms. I’m reliable, adaptable, quick to learn, and focused on delivering results. I’m particularly interested in long-term collaborations where I can bring both my creative and professional experience to the project.
