Vida C.

I’m a trilingual (PT, EN, ES) professional with a Law degree and 4+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support and legal environments. Skilled in translation, localization and document review. Detail-oriented, adaptable and culturally fluent. I help law firms and businesses communicate with clients, manage intakes and keep cases organized. I can handle incoming calls, follow-ups, document management and client communication with clarity and professionalism in Portuguese, English and Spanish. I recently completed my law degree and have worked supporting law firms, courts, a university and international businesses. I am skilled in translation and localization (EN/ES/PT), document review, contract drafting and administrative/client support. I am detail-oriented, adaptable and culturally fluent. I studied English from an early age and later on took Spanish classes. I also spent the total of a year living and co-working with native Spanish speakers in Utah, where I worked in hospitality and sales at a five-star hotel, communicating daily in English and Spanish only. This multicultural background allows me to deliver accurate, clear and culturally aware work. I can support you with client communication, administrative assistance, document review and due diligence. I’m also able to provide content writing, contract drafting and related tasks as needed. As well as professional translation and localization services (EN/ES/PT). I would be happy to support your project or collaborate long-term. Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile!
