Clint W.

I am a seasoned Java Architect with over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. My primary focus is on Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP), where I have over 9 years of hands-on experience, leading complex upgrades, customizations, and deployments for high-traffic portals. In my most recent role, I was the Subject Matter Expert for the modernization of three major Liferay portals, ensuring seamless transitions across multiple versions (6.2 to 7.4), implementing custom SAML solutions, optimizing performance, and enhancing security. I specialize in upgrading legacy systems, integrating APIs (SpringBoot, Oracle Health), and delivering user-friendly, accessible solutions. Beyond technical skills, I excel at mentoring teams, promoting best practices, and communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Whether you need someone to modernize an outdated codebase, build scalable microservices, or lead a team through a complex migration, I bring the experience and leadership to make it happen. I would love to discuss how I can help you achieve your project goals.
