Hi there! If your internal team wiki or documentation has grown too scattered, outdated, and messy to navigate, I am here to help you breathe a sigh of relief. As a 12-year internal operations veteran at Upwork, I have spent over a decade watching how information design directly impacts the daily speed, accuracy, and confidence of remote teams. I understand that an unorganized knowledge base leads to agent friction and mistakes. That is why I don't just format pages - I use systematic classification principles to build welcoming, intuitive environments where your staff can find the exact rules they need in seconds. I love taking on side projects where I can roll up my sleeves and help growing businesses restore total utility to their internal knowledge bases. **How we can work together to organize your space:** * **Friendly Content Audits:** We will look at your existing policies together, safely identifying redundancies, old data, and missing operational links. * **Clear Taxonomy & Labels:** I will eliminate confusing, deep folder trees by creating a simple, strict labelling dictionary so your platform’s search bar actually works. * **Scannable Layout Design:** I will restructure dense walls of text into clean, component-based pages using advanced macros, visual anchors, and progressive layout grids. * **Training-Ready Frameworks:** Drawing on my years of leading global New Hire Training pipelines, I will ensure your clean wiki serves as a perfect foundation for onboarding new staff smoothly. I approach every project with empathy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to leave your digital workspace better than I found it. Let's connect and chat about how we can clean up your team's knowledge platform!
