Janette S.

I'm that rare hybrid who can manage complex AI projects, translate between six languages, write compelling copy, and still find time to edit a novel. Over the past 13+ years, I've built a career that refuses to stay in one lane: jumping between Google's data teams, international localization projects, creative ghostwriting, and now leading project management at Mercor. I thrive in the messy intersection of technology, language, and storytelling. Whether I'm training AI models, optimizing SEO content, or wrangling cross-functional teams across time zones, I bring the same obsessive attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how things work.
