Jagbir . S P.

I help organizations structure and digitize operational processes covering workflows, compliance, approvals, and data systems. Many growing businesses struggle with manual processes, Excel-based tracking, disconnected tools, and unclear workflows. This often leads to inefficiencies, lack of visibility, compliance risks, and failed software implementations. My approach is to first define how operations should work — workflows, approvals, roles, and data structures — and then help translate that into practical systems such as ERP, QMS, DMS, and custom business applications. Before focusing on consulting, I worked as a Java developer on Upwork from 2015 to 2021, delivering backend systems and business applications for various clients. All my history on Upwork were during this period. This hands-on development experience helps me design solutions that are not just conceptually sound, but also practical and implementable. Today, I combine that technical foundation with business and process understanding to help organizations design systems that actually work and scale. I can help with: - Process mapping and workflow design - Operational system audits - ERP / QMS / DMS requirement definition - Data structure and approval flow design - Business system implementation planning - End-to-end solution consulting Industries I support: - Pharma / compliance-driven businesses - Manufacturing and operations-heavy SMEs - Retail / POS / inventory-driven businesses If you're looking to move from manual or disconnected processes to a structured and scalable system, I’d be happy to discuss your requirements.
