Complex software is easier to adopt when the documentation reflects how the product actually works. I help SaaS, AI, and software companies turn technical systems, product workflows, and internal knowledge into clear, structured documentation for users, customers, and technical teams. With 20+ years of software engineering experience and 8+ years of technical writing experience, I bring both engineering expertise and editorial discipline to documentation projects. I can read technical material, understand system behavior, work with SMEs and developers, and translate that information into documentation people can actually use. I create: * Product and feature documentation * Help centers and knowledge bases * SDK and developer-facing guides * User guides and onboarding content * Workflow and process documentation * Documentation frameworks and information architecture * Technical articles and white papers where deeper explanation is required Recent work has included documentation for AI agent platforms, cybersecurity and DataOps products, AWS-based SaaS systems, FinTech platforms, IoT products, and vector database technologies. I also build my own agentic AI and RAG workflows, which gives me practical insight into the systems I document and helps me improve research, consistency, and technical accuracy. If your documentation is fragmented, outdated, difficult to navigate, or doesn't exist yet, I can help create or restructure it into a clear, maintainable system that supports both your product and users.
