Anna V.

Hi, my name is Anna, I am a 30 year old girl from Italy living in Mexico City. I fluently speak English and Spanish, together with my native language, Italian. I have experience with many areas involving languages:  Translation: I studied translation and I graduated in 2013 in Foreign Languages and Literatures. I can translate from English and Spanish to Italian. I translate any kind of text but I really enjoy product descriptions where I can use my knowledge to enhance the product peculiarities.  Amazon Account Manager: I am an account manager, specialized in Amazon Seller Central and I am an FBA expert with proven direct experience with Amazon FBA (I have worked for 2 years in the FBA credit department). I also have experience with the creation of products descriptions and translation from and to Italian/Spanish/English. I can work also on Prestashop and Wordpress.  Customer Service: I worked in a Seller Support Desk for 2 years especially via email, chat, FB and Instagram accounts in Italian, English and Spanish. I have learned how important is to respond in a quick and effective way, how to be attentive to the customers` needs and always be willing to go the extra mile.  Bookkeeping: In the last years I have worked as a collection analyst and Account Receivable Analyst for a big corporation. I discovered the wonderful world of SAP and the magical world of numbers.  Team Leader: In the last year I have worked as a collection Team Lead for a big corporation. I was handling a team of collectors and credit analysts.  Copy-writing and content creation: I love words and languages. I do not have experience with copy-writing but I would like to try this new experience. Perseverance, exceptional communication skills, and a goal-driven work ethic are my key components to excelling as a talented professional in any field.
