"Translation is that which transforms everything so that nothing changes." Hello everyone, I am a detail-oriented and diligent native German freelance translator and grant writer with in-depth experience in the academic sector and expertise in the area of marketing, IT and technical documents. I have 10+ years of translation/writing experience with a proven track record of published academic papers and successful grant applications. I am committed to delivering high-quality work in the fastest possible turnaround time and I am happy to discuss ideas at all times to ensure your expectations are met. My offer: - High-quality translation/localisation from English to German. I ensure the translations are technically and culturally accurate and convey your intended message in an appealing and audience-appropriate way. - Meticulous proofreading and editing of German texts, performed with an eye for consistency and coherence, readability and text-flow. - Structured and well-researched grant and academic writing to ensure your text is clear and appeals to the target audience. Why am I good at what I do? Because I love languages - I love delving into the world of words, playing around with structures, optimizing text flows, strengthening consistence and coherence and ensuring that your message is conveyed in the best possible way. I look forward to working with you! Kind regards Lisa
