Byron D.

I build fast, reliable desktop and Android applications — the kind that don't freeze under heavy data loads and don't crash when they're running unattended 24/7. If you need cross-platform desktop software (Windows/Linux/macOS) in C#/.NET or Avalonia, an Android app that has to talk to unreliable hardware or legacy backends, or a legacy Java/.NET codebase modernized without breaking production, that's what I do. 18 years of it. Recent professional work: migrating a large Java sales-force-automation Android app to Kotlin module by module without touching its existing data layer; building enterprise integration middleware (WPF, strict MVVM) syncing an ERP portal with an accounting system; and years earlier, writing machine-control software for CNC plasma cutting tables — real-time serial communication, safety-critical interrupts, zero tolerance for race conditions. A self-directed product back this up with code, not just claims: ScriptCast — a pipeline that turns a script into a finished, full-cast audio production, orchestrating local AI models for voice and sound, then handling loudness, acoustic filtering, and timing on its own. Closed source — happy to walk you through the architecture or share code samples directly. Available now, working remote-only. I respond fast and I don't disappear mid-project.
