My native language is Mandarin (Traditional Chinese & Simplified Chinese) and I was born in Taiwan. I got my pharmacy degree along with the knowledge in clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical science. I also learned Traditional Chinese Medicine in my pharmacy program and received clinical training in several medical centers in Taiwan. While studying in my pharmacy school, I participated the national translation project for the pharmacy practice pamphlet from English to Chinese version, conducted by the ministry of health of Taiwan and five top medical schools of Taiwan. Additionally, I also had published scientific paper related to histamine and inflammation in Germany (Springer), which journal is the first ranking in cell biology and histology. I worked in the medical center of University of Illinois at Chicago with medical doctor in OBGYN for novel intervention in male infertility and published the therapeutic result in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Annual Meeting on 2015. Specifically, I participated medical training and research in department of dermatology at University of Utah on 2016 as well. Currently, I am a medical translator and studying medical school in University of Milan. I am sure that I will generate positive influence in medical translation between Mandarin and English effectively. My CAT tool for translation is Memsource and TMC for processing Xliff files. Most importantly, I am conducting professional transcription of interviews between medical doctors and clinical research associates in pharmaceutical marketing consistently for Babbletype translation company of USA (Chinese to English). Furthermore, I also cooperated many translation companies in various countries (e.g., Denmark, Germany , Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Sweden, Taiwan, USA, UK, etc.) for projects associated with medical research, medical publications, clinical trials, medical devices and pharmaceutical science. I also create user's manual of medical device through organizing and analyzing technical data before it is released to the healthcare market ( from Chinese to English or from English to Chinese). Concurrently, I assist several pharmaceutical industries to collect and analyze medical information related to oncology via English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese as well as medical knowledge in multiple fields. My English is very fluent closed to native speaker, especially in academic writing for medical or scientific perspectives. In summary, I confirm that I can make great contribution in various scopes toward any assignment in pharmaceutical industries, healthcare professional, medical research and marketing.
