Working nine years as flight attendant made me strongly well trained for providing world class customer service, in addition, gave me a good sense of multicultural aspects. In 2005, I graduated as Bachelor of Language Translator and Interpreter Portuguese/English. After that, I started to accumulate experiences in Languages as general. I lived abroad in English and Spanish speaking countries for 13 years. I have been working as remote freelancer for 4 years and learning about new tools everyday such as: Freshdesk, Zendesk, Freshchat, ConectysOS, Redmine, Atlassian, Slack, Skype, Teamwork and others.
