Satoko N.

Hello! My name is Satoko and I am a Japanese national who is currently living in Toronto, Canada. Due to my unique upbringing of living equal parts of my life in Japan and English-speaking countries, I am fluent in both Japanese and English and able to understand the subtle nuances and cultures behind both languages. I have a multitude of experience in both Japanese to English and English to Japanese translations. My past projects on Upwork have been in various fields, such as academic, business, and poetry, and I ensure I complete all projects with the utmost care and attention to detail. As for my educational background, I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy. I also have professional experience working as a project manager, at a company that required proficiency in both English and Japanese. I am excited to take on any projects, small or large. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any projects you'd like translated, or if you have any general questions.
