Hello. My name is Efraim Orenshtein, and I have over 36 years of management and work experience both in public & private sectors. My various positions and jobs have all contained projects that included bilingual contracts, agreements, with professional & legal aspects that must be dealt with the utmost sensitivity, so I am fully aware of the crucial importance of written text, in any line of work or aspect of life. I accuired a lot of formal & practical business, HR management and coaching skills along the way, and almost always with the need to reach an understanding between several parties involved, with language and/or cultural differences - that I had to bridge for them in order to succeed. I take work very seriously, self motivated, very thorough and perfectionist in work, and always finish my tasks/work on time (or before). In my every day work, I am used to do two main jobs: 1. consult, advise and coach companies & individuals regarding company & project managing (including tender management, company structure forming/registration methods and helping with financing solutions for company's projects and budgets) 2.translate, proofread & edit documents of any kind or field from English to Hebrew and vice versa, Romanian to Hebrew, and Romanian to English.
