I'm a software tester with over 6 years of experience in direct and indirect customer service. In the fields I've been working in I've learned basics of software testing, working with and creating test scenarios, as well as using manual and automation testing tools. In addition, my skills acquired at the university and paid courses include the basics of programming, working with databases, and the use of the most popular operating systems. Moreover, over the years while working in customer service and support oriented jobs I've learned to handle daily accounts, maintain inventory, analyze, and meet the requirements of my company's customers. My key skills include but are not limited to: • Knowledge of the ISTQB certificate - Foundation Level • Basic programs for manual and automation testing like MSSQL or SoapUI • Project and test case management tools like Jira, Redmine or qTest • Project management and software development methodologies, ie. Agile, Scrum, Kanban • MS Office - Intermediate level • Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level) • Polish as a native language
