Bridging Global Teams with Japan – Bilingual Virtual Assistant & Project Coordinator I am a bilingual Virtual Assistant and Project Coordinator based in Tokyo with over 20 years of experience across IT, e-commerce, localization, and administrative support. Key achievements include: - Coordinating IT projects for the Japan branch of a U.S. company, connecting global teams across Asia and ensuring smooth rollout of systems and processes - Managing end-to-end cross-border e-commerce operations (product sourcing, listings, sales, customer support), achieving over 7,000 sales on Mercari and 5,000+ on Yahoo! Auctions - Coordinating domestic and international conferences, handling planning, scheduling, and on-site operations with multiple stakeholders - Supported management decision-making by preparing key materials, organizing project information, and improving reporting processes Building on my diverse experience in IT, e-commerce, localization, and administrative support, I enjoy taking on a wide variety of roles to help projects move forward smoothly. What excites me most is working as part of a team to create something together. Project coordination suits me because it involves collaborating with people from different backgrounds, overcoming challenges, and finding the best way to reach a shared goal. With this mindset, I am open to supporting projects across different industries, as long as I can contribute to bringing ideas into reality.
