Hi, I’m Hanna, a Vietnamese freelancer based in Japan with many years of experience in translation, interpreting, project coordination, and administrative support. I work mainly with Vietnamese, Japanese, and English. Over the years, I have worked on projects for international clients in various industries, handling translation, proofreading, localization, data checking, project coordination, and communication with clients and team members. I also have experience coordinating translation projects from receiving requests to arranging translators/checkers, monitoring progress, and delivering completed work. In Japan, I have also worked in customer service and office administration, including inventory and data management, invoice processing, and document preparation. In addition to language and administrative work, I enjoy drawing and creating things. I create my own illustrations and have designed and sold original sticker sets online, with more than 18,000 downloads. I have also designed T-shirts using my own drawings, written cooking articles on my blog, and translated and edited short Chinese videos for YouTube.
