Ji Yeon K.

With my extensive experience in translation, subtitling, transcription, transcreation, proofreading, social media management, website maintenance, and data entry, I am well-equipped to handle any task thrown my way. My proficiency in both English and Korean has enabled me to proofread AI-generated translations for a government-funded program. An example of my adaptability and versatility is my ability to work across various fields, such as legal, medical, and technical, each requiring a unique set of skills and knowledge. As a freelancer for 19 years, I have worked with numerous clients on various projects. A highlight of my career was serving as the head editor for Chelsea FC, one of the world's most successful football clubs. For nine years, I managed the club's official Korean website and social media accounts for the Korean market. This role honed my skills in marketing, content management, social media strategy, and audience engagement, which will be invaluable in this role. I also have abundant experience translating/localizing websites, research papers, dissertations, financial documents, legal documents, screenplays, technical manuals, web novels, webcomics, press releases, medical journals, and many more documents in almost every field. I am a hard-working, diligent, and responsible professional who takes every project seriously. I approach every assignment with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality, treating it as if it were my own to ensure the satisfaction of everyone involved. With my can-do attitude and unwavering commitment to excellence, I am confident that I can excel in any role. Thank you for your consideration.
