Bruno C.

High-quality translations from/into Italian, English, German, Spanish. I'm an experienced Translator, skilled in quickly and accurate translating written language. My focus point is a highly developed understanding of German language and culture. But I'm also skilled in English, Spanish and Italian (my mother tongue). I'm gifted in conveying emotion, style and content of the original message. Bringing in-depth knowledge of cultural context and idiosyncrasies. Thanks to my formation (Master degree in History and Philosophy) and my personal cultural background I'm also able to render precisely literary and academical texts. I'm currently working as freelance Translator for Amazon and other minor clients (DE-IT, EN-IT, IT-EN, IT-DE, DE-EN). I'm also translating books on Babelcube, ranging from science-fiction to self-help and therapy. Finally, I'm providing tutoring and text editing/proofing to private customers. Thanks to the wide range of work experiences (I worked as account manager for Microsoft and as data manager for Paki, a german logistic company), I developed the ability to learn new tasks in short time and proactively. Punctuality in the work schedule and the ability to provide translations quickly and accurately complete my profile.
