Graciela L.

Hi there, I'm a Portuguese Translator and Interpreter specializing in Marketing & Localization with over 19 years of experience, and an extensive international background – born and raised in Brazil, I have also lived in England, Uruguay, and Canada (Québec). I have provided both technical and creative translation services (localization, transcreation, transcription, MTPE, AITPE, proofreading, consecutive interpretation, subscription, and more) from PT/EN/SP/FR to PT/ENG for clients around the globe from the most diverse segments, including Travel & Hospitality, Technology, Crypto, eLearning, Cybersecurity, Mining, Cosmetics, to name a few. With an inherent talent for customer service, I'm always aiming for the best customer experience – if you’re not satisfied, then I am not either. I can guarantee you that I will not accept a job I cannot fully commit to it – plus, if for some reason I realize I am unable to deliver a project on time, you will know way in advance. (But rest assured: that very rarely happens.) Looking forward to helping you. Cheers, Gracie Lima
