Mattia V.

Hello, my name is Mattia, I live in Italy, and I am a freelance translator. I am an expert and professional translator/proofreader and I translate in English/ German/French/Italian, any of these combinations. Italian is my native language. My main field of expertise are technical translations (I translated also for big groups like VW, BMW, Huawei, just to name a few), I can handle also very specific and complex product specifications, drawings etc. On the other hand, I have also experience in the translation of books, websites, sales conditions, privacy policies, GDPR etc. This is a non-exhaustive list of the industries for which I translated and in which I am specialized: • IT • Automotive • Wood • Fashion • Chemical • Glass • Marketing • Law & Contracts • Food • Mechanical • Engineering • Communications If I should ask myself why you should choose me, there are several points that I would like to underline; the first is that I put customer's needs first, working in a high demanding environment everyday has developed in me an attitude towards providing high quality results with zero complaints from the customer. That is why my focus is always on providing high quality translations that are perfectly suited for an Italian audience. My attitude in my freelance activity is to give to my customer the right mix of attention to details, focus on results, and quality of the translation. I am well aware that translating is a very important activity, as there is nothing more important than conveying the message to the target audience in the country using the same expressions, tone, used in the target country. Thanks for taking your time to read my cover letter!
